Our industry is full of different terms to describe the working methods and processes that lead to successful housing transactions. Often "method" or "strategy" is included in the picture and we have also been on that track; tested ourselves with the Residence method, felt a little about the strategy and the formula. But the more we thought about it, the clearer it became to us that these concepts are not quite enough. Because what makes our offer valuable and successful is more than how we do it, and more than following the steps in our checklist. It is not a methodology, but rather a philosophy, a culture or perhaps a style. It is our way of being.
