Martin Sundström

When Martin became an agronomist in 2000, he chose to directly supplement with a real estate broker's degree. He now sums up just over 20 years of various work in real estate brokerage, financial consulting and also financing of land and forests. The result is that Martin is today a top broker who is experienced, responsive and able to run complex processes. He handles all steps in a sale and ensures that both seller and buyer are satisfied.
In parallel with his work as a broker at Residence, he also runs a larger forest farm with several different activities. As the farm has been in the family since the 18th century, Martin is well acquainted with the responsibility and feeling of managing something for the next generation.

Today, Martin lives with his family outside Linköping and has the farm in the Småland highlands. With his feet both in the Östgötland forest and the Småland forest, Östergötland and Småland are Martin's areas of expertise, but he is happy to undertake assignments in the surrounding landscapes.
